Design Approval Process

• We will contact you to finalize your request after you complete the Custom Rug Inquiry form.

• Before production begins, you will receive a digital mockup of your custom rug for approval.

• This step ensures the design, colors, and size meet your expectations.

• Production will begin once you approve the mockup and changes can no longer be made.

Deposit & Payment Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your order.

• Deposits are non-refundable once production begins, which is defined as the moment materials are prepared, the design is finalized, and tufting starts.

• The remaining balance is due before shipment or pickup.

• All sales are final—as each rug is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Turnaround Time (May be completed sooner!)

• 1ft x 2ft: 1 to 2 weeks

• 2ft x 2ft: 2 to 3 weeks

• 3ft to 3.5ft: 3 to 4 weeks

(Larger rugs or complex designs may require additional time, which will be discussed upfront.)

Starting Prices (Final pricing depends on design, size, and material choices.)

• 1 ft x 2 ft: Starts at $100

• 2 ft x 2 ft: Starts at $150

• 3 ft to 3.5 ft: Starts at $250

• Custom pricing will be provided for larger sizes or intricate designs.

Rush Orders

• Need your rug sooner? We offer rush orders at an additional $20 per sq/ft charge, added to the total price.

• Rush order availability depends on our current production schedule. Please inquire before placing your order.

Size & Color Variations

• All rugs are handmade, meaning slight variations in size and color may occur. These variations are normal and add to the uniqueness of your piece.

• If you have specific color requirements, please provide reference images to ensure the best match.

Care & Maintenance

To maintain the longevity of your custom rug:

• Vacuum regularly on a low setting without a beater bar. (Brushless Vacuum)

• Spot clean with mild soap and water—do not soak.

• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading.

• Professional cleaning is recommended for long-term care.
